A: Every item is made to order through our trusted print partners — Printful, Printify, and Gelato. This means your order is custom printed, packed, and shipped just for you!
Q: Are your designs exclusive?
A: Yes! All our designs are original to Jus Lov’n It and created with love. You won’t find them anywhere else.
Q: What materials do you use?
A: We use high-quality cotton, blended, or eco-friendly fabrics (depending on the product). Each item’s material details are listed on its product page.
📏 Sizing & Fit
Q: How do I choose the right size?
A: Every apparel product page includes a size guide — please check it carefully before ordering since our items are custom made and can’t be exchanged for size changes.
Q: What if I’m between sizes?
A: We suggest ordering one size up for a more relaxed fit.

Q: How long will my order take?
A: Production usually takes 2–7 business days, then shipping takes:

Q: Why did I only receive part of my order?
A: To get your items to you faster, we may ship from multiple fulfillment centers. Don’t worry — the rest of your order is on its way!

💖 Returns & Replacements
Q: Can I return or exchange my order?
A: Since all items are custom printed, we can only replace or refund damaged, misprinted, or incorrect items.
Q: What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Q: How should I wash my printed apparel?
A: To keep your print looking great:

Turn garments inside out before washing

Machine wash cold, gentle cycle

Do not iron directly on the print

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

Q: Can I cancel or change my order?
A: Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase, since production starts quickly. Please contact us right away if you need help.
